Pulse Racing Services values our customers and want you to be 100% satisfied with your product, whether you purchased it new or used. The products we sell on our website are products we frequently use for our clients and come from manufacturers we’ve trusted for years. If you are unsatisfied with a product you receive, please let us know and we will do what we can to make it right.

Online Order Policies

Credit Cards - We can accept a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) over the phone or through our website.

Invoices – If you find a product you like but prefer to not pay through our website, give us a call and we can create an invoice for you to pay through our accounting system.

Safety Guarantee – Protection of your personal information is just as important to us as it is to you. Our website is a Level 1 PCI DSS compliant site, meaning it’s a secure network that will keep cardholder data safe.

Sales Tax - 7% for Florida residents, no tax for shipping outside of Florida.

Return Policies

Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide us with specific information of the damage.

Incorrect Orders – If you’ve received the wrong part, please contact us immediately so that we can get the right part to you quickly.

Shipping - Shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping cost is only covered by Pulse Racing Services when there is an order error. We use UPS for most shipping, we may use Federal Ex or the US Postal Service for international shipments, depending on which is the least expensive option for you.

International orders - Please contact us for more information on an international order. Orders outside the United States require an invoice to include correct international shipping charges. We can only accept credit card payments for international orders.

Freight Forwarders - If you're using a freight forwarder service, our responsibility ends when they receive the package. Make sure they inspect all contents for damage and accuracy, and contact us with any issues before they forward the products to your location. Once they forward the package they are responsible for any loss, damage, or missing items.

Warranty - Manufacturers warranties vary. Misuse or improper installation will void this warranty in most cases. If you have any specific questions about a manufacturer’s warranty, don’t hesitate to give us a call.
